Please fill out the Commission Request form completely. There’s a request fee of $20 to submit this form. This is to filter serious inquiries. Your $20 will be applied to the final price of your commission or returned if your request should be rejected.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Commission art can take a minimum of 4 weeks to 6 months to completed depending on the medium of the art and other factors. Each commission is considered as an investment for you and I strive for quality with each piece that I work on, therefore it cannot be rushed. Commissions are accepted and begins in the order they are received.

Returns policy

All BelleSiretArtiste commissioned artwork are created to order. Once the order is placed it will be created specially for you. Commissioned work cannot be exchanged or returned as they have been specifically created for a customer and the costs cannot be recovered. Upon ordering please consider the shipping price and delivery forecast times. Sometimes orders might take longer due to shipping delays or customs. Email will be send to commissioned clients to keep them up to date.

Copyright and Reproduction

All artwork and prints produced by Belle Siret Artiste/ Nyemady Wright have been copyrighted and thus the rights remain solely with the artist. Even if you purchase a print (even a unique print under commission), it cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. If you wish to purchase the rights to copyrights and rights to reproduce, you must contact artist at bellesiretartiste@gmail.com and come to an agreement.

Any usage without consent is in direct violation of copyright regulations.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in the description or prices for products

  • Errors in Your Order

  • Quality of uploaded file

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Payments

All commissions are subject to a non refundable 50% deposit of the total cost. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as major cards, Apple Pay, and online payment methods (PayPal, for example). Artist will not start commission without the deposit.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
